Composition of the Investment
Register
When it comes to the composition
of its register, Forum ETHIBEL is careful to ensure equal
spread of stocks and bonds over the main regions and sectors.
This offers fund managers the variation and spread, needed
for a viable portfolio in financial and technical terms and
still put in their own characteristics.
The number of stocks in the
PIONEER Register is in the order of 250; in the EXCELLENCE
Register it is in the order of 450.
Geographical spread
The Ethibel Registers are geographically spread over three
zones:
- Europe: Eurozone and non-Eurozone;
- North-America (United States
of America and Canada);
- Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong
and Singapore)
Sectoral spread
Forum ETHIBEL tries as much as possible to achieve the most
varied spread possible over the various sectors. There are,
for instance, companies in the register from all sectors including
the more difficult ones from a sustainability point of view
such as energy and utility companies.
Forum ETHIBEL attempts to find pioneers and best-in-class
companies in all sectors which score good to very good on
all assessed SRI indicators.
Ethibel
EXCELLENCE and market capitalization
Ethibel EXCELLENCE guarantees a 25% market capitalization
within the DJ Stoxx 600 for the European region, excluding
however the sectors ‘Aerospace & Defence’
and ‘Tobacco’.
This universe is complemented with other stocks out of the
index, of the so called ‘small’, ‘mid’
and ‘micro’ cap companies.
For the non European regions, a same objective is targeted,
however with no guarantees.
